    This is Tasha Smith, I was wondering if you were ever able to figure out why I couldn’t sign up as a supporting member? You told me not to try again in case I ended up getting charged multiple times. I would still like to support you and I would like to continue learning. Thank you for your time.

    Dear Dr. Barlow-Irick,
    Thank you for taking the time to fix the paypal. I did subscribe and I signed back in and my student profile doesn’t show my first class I took. Also, it doesn’t show that I am a member, either. I was wondering how long it took to recognize me or if it should recognize me right away. I tried our last trick which was to press control R and it lets me sign in but it doesn’t recognize that I am a member, or that I have taken a class or that you have given me access to any of the classes. I am so sorry that I seem to have a problem each time I sign in. I hope to get it worked. Thank you for your help and I look forward to my next class.

    Tasha, I am awaiting a reply from Tech Support. I can’t figure out why it shows you didn’t take the class, when in the records, it also shows you finishing the class. I will contact the other app for tech support on that issue. The one I am trying to deal with is the discount on the classes. As soon as I know, I will send you an email. Don’t give up. I’m working on it.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to get this fixed. I won’t give up. The class credit shows up. Just not my subscription or my ability to take the 10 classes that show up.

    Dear Dr. Patricia Barlow-Irick,
    I was finally able to start the basic classes you approved me for, however my membership doesn’t seem to show up. Also, it shows that I am 2/3rds done with equine care, I took the quiz, and read the material and watched the videos but It doesn’t show I am done so I can’t move onto the next class.

    Just in case other people have the same problem. My phone wouldn’t let me mark more than one answer for that last question which was my problem in trying to get 100 percent. Once I retook the quiz with my computer it let me mark two answers. Thanks for your help.

    I was waiting on an assignment to be approved on one of my classes, and, unless I am mistaken, I am not allowed back into the class as they said my ability to take that class expired. I believe it was the medical one. I am still able to take the other classes but I did invest quite a bit of time in that class and it just feels good to pass it. I still needed to take the quiz. I just wanted to reach out and see if that is what happened.
